Haddock enjoys a slightly sweeter taste and finer texture than cod, but is often seen as an alternative. It is the perfect fish for smoking.
Our Haddock is naturally cured, no artificial dye is added. The strong smoky flavour works perfectly in many dishes such as fish pies, pasta bakes, chowders and gratins.
Haddock is an excellent source of selenium, phosphorus and some of the B vitamins.
