Sea Bass is great for stuffing and baking or grilling, or pan frying with the skin on. It has a delightful flavour that stands on it’s own, but also works well with stronger flavours.
Sea Bass is an excellent source of protein, selenium and essential omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins B-12 and B-6.
