Brill is very similar to Turbot in appearance but better value. It has a sweeter flavour than Turbot. It is particularly delicious when pan fried or grilled.
Brill is a good source of Niacin, Vitamin B6, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12 and Selenium.
